As a missionary embarking on my last 2017 mission in Nicaragua, I was touched by God; my goal was to help impoverish orphan children by providing them with basic life necessities. At the time, I doubted myself as I had no idea of how to raise money for such a project. I soon realized that when God gives you a vision, he also sends the people and resources necessary to help you in attaining your goals. This is exactly what God did for me and in less than 1 year we were able to raise over $10,000. The most fulfilling and gratifying part about all of this is that 100% of the raised funds were donated to help fund missionaries as well as the poverty-stricken children, providing them with food and shelter. There is no better feeling knowing that a child in need will now have access to food and shelter and, with FSH, we will help provide these essentials, one donation at a time.
FSH is committed to informing kids of the importance of giving back to those less fortunate. When your child becomes part of ‘I am A Wild Flower’, they will be joining FSH on mission trips all over South Florida. We are dedicated to helping children realize that, in a world where misfortune occurs too often, your child can stand out and make a difference: that is our mission.
